Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says: "I am the Father of all Creation. I tell you, solemnly, I wish to remove all suffering from the world. With one thought, I could cure every disease. I could change hearts, thereby eliminating the threat of war and terrorism. However, free will does not choose to love. Therefore, I need every sacrifice and surrender to My Divine Will. Without My precious victim souls, I could not maintain even this most tenuous peace that now exists in the world."
