Our Lady comes in blue. She has a brilliant white light coming from Her Heart and hands. She interrupts My Rosary saying: "Those most in need of mercy are those who do not love. My daughter, give praise to Jesus that He sends Me to you once again. Please open your heart to the understanding that each time I come to you or any other seer, it is to restore man's love for God and for his neighbor. Each one of My apparitions brings with it the underlying message of Holy Love. If you are persecuted or rejected in the world, it is a sign of frailty in hearts that do not embrace Holy Love completely."
