I see a golden light, and from this light emerges the King of Mercy, surrounded by a beautiful light. This time He is not wearing a crown on His head. He is wearing a priestly robe of gold brocade. Here is the description of the golden priestly brocade fabric pattern: A quatrefoil contains a golden trefoil pattern. He has black-brown short curly hair, large blue loving eyes, and I see that He is barefoot. In His right hand He carries a large golden scepter with a cross of rubies; in His left hand He carries the Vulgate, the Holy Scriptures. He comes closer to me and says:
"In the name of the Father and the Son—that is Me—and the Holy Spirit. Amen."
Then He places His scepter on my right shoulder. He smiles at me, remains silent, and takes it away again.
Then the King of Mercy speaks:
"Rejoice, for on this night I want to come into your hearts! If you have prepared your hearts, then I will live in you! I ask you to pray fervently for peace in the world! Pray fervently! Do not slacken in prayer and offer up the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, in which I come to you. The Diabolos spreads the horror of war, but I have told you how you can find peace. Do what I tell you! I want to lead My people through this time, the time of tribulation, with My blessing and My grace. Therefore, look to My Word and keep the commandments of My Father. You know that We are One. It is an act of love when you keep the commandments!"
Now the King of Mercy points His golden scepter at the Vulgate, and it opens, and I see the passage in the Holy Scriptures from the Book of Deuteronomy, Dtn 7:6-26:
"6 For you are a people holy to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for His own possession among all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.
7 It is not because you are more numerous than other peoples that the LORD has set His heart on you and chosen you; you are the smallest of all peoples.
8 It is because the LORD loves you and because He keeps the oath He swore to your ancestors that the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh, king of Egypt.
9 Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; He is the faithful God; even in the thousandth generation He keeps His covenant and shows His mercy to those who love Him and keep His commandments.
10 But to those who hate Him, He will repay them to their face and destroy them; He will not delay when He hates them, but will repay them to their face. 11 Therefore, you shall keep the commandment and the statutes and the judgments which I am commanding you today, and you shall observe them.
12 If you hear these judgments, keep them, and observe them, the LORD your God will keep the covenant and the mercy He swore to your fathers.
13 He will love you, bless you, and multiply you. He will bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground, your grain, your wine, and your oil, the offspring of your cattle and the increase of your sheep and goats, in the land that you know He swore to your fathers to give you.
14 You will be more blessed than other nations. Neither man nor woman nor cattle will be barren among you.
15 The LORD will keep all sickness away from you. He will not inflict on you any of the severe plagues you know from Egypt, but He will inflict them on all your enemies.
16 You will consume all the nations that the LORD your God has given you. You shall not let pity for them arise in you. And you shall not serve their gods, for then you would fall into a trap.
17 If you think, "These nations are greater than I am—how can I drive them out?",
18 then you shall not be afraid of them. You shall remember what the LORD your God did to Pharaoh and to all Egypt:
19 the severe trials you saw with your own eyes, the signs and wonders, the mighty hand and outstretched arm with which the LORD your God brought you out. So the LORD your God will do to all the peoples you fear.
20 Moreover, the LORD your God will cause panic among them until even those who survived and hid from you are wiped out.
21 You shall not be afraid when they attack, for the LORD your God is in your midst, a great and awesome God.
22 But the LORD your God will gradually remove these nations from before you. You cannot quickly destroy them, lest the wild animals become too numerous and harm you.
23 But the LORD your God will deliver these nations to you. He will throw them into utter confusion until they are destroyed.
24 He will deliver their kings into your hand. You will wipe out their names from under heaven. No one will be able to withstand your attack until you have finally destroyed them.
25 You shall burn their idols in fire. You shall not covet the silver or gold with which they are overlaid. You shall not take it for yourself, lest you be ensnared by it. For it is an abomination to the LORD your God.
26 But you shall not bring any abomination into your house, lest you become accursed like it. You shall have horror and loathing for it, for it is accursed.
Then the King of Mercy says:
"I love My people with all My heart, infinitely! I want to protect and save them. I have saved you through My Precious Blood, which I shed on the cross! Now it is up to you to claim it."
The King of Mercy desires the following prayer from me:
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are most in need of Your mercy.
King of Mercy, grant us the grace of holiness and healing. Pour the grace of peace into all hearts. Amen.
The King of Mercy continues:
"Look upon Me on this Holy Night! In My Holy Childhood, I come to you. In all simplicity and humility. For you, I was born as a child; for you, I am the Bread of Life in every Holy Sacrifice of the Mass! Look upon Me, and I will look upon you. Love Me, and I will love you infinitely with My perfect love. Remember that I loved you first! Pray fervently for the coming year. Remain steadfast and do not let the spirit of the times lead you astray. Remain faithful to Me and do not be afraid! Live in the Holy Sacraments, and you will live in Me!"
Now the King of Mercy takes His scepter to His heart, which I see open on His priestly robe. His scepter fills with His Precious Heart's blood and becomes the aspergillum of His Precious Blood. The King of Mercy sprinkles us and all those in the distance who think of Him with His Precious Blood. Then I place before the King of Mercy all the sick and suffering, all our priest and religious friends, the Casa Misericordia, the House of Mercy, and the house mother Marlene, the women with their children who were there, are there, and will come there, all our pilgrims, our diocese of Aachen, which is consecrated to the Mother of God, and our bishop, the diocese of Cologne and Cardinal Woelki, our Pope Leo and the Church into His living Heart. I thank the Lord for His grace, which He has given us. The King of Mercy takes My requests/prayers into His living, beating Heart and bids farewell with an "Adieu!" Then He returns to the light and disappears.

The number four is also considered the number of world order. The trefoil motif on the priestly gold brocade robe of the King of Mercy symbolizes the Holy Trinity and stands for the inseparable unity and connectedness of God, infinity and eternity, divine perfection, the idea of creation, and life with the divine.
